Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of QuiddityML, a mobile-first machine learning education app.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using QuiddityML, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The Service

QuiddityML provides educational lessons, exercises, progress tracking, spaced repetition, streaks, hearts, and related learning tools for machine learning education.

QuiddityML is for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee that completing lessons will produce any specific academic, professional, employment, or certification outcome.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in account secure. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate another person.

You may delete your account in the app through Profile -> Account -> Delete Account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use QuiddityML for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Interfere with the app, backend, security controls, or payment systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, bulk extract, or bypass access controls except where such restrictions cannot be prohibited by law.
• Upload or submit content that infringes rights, contains malware, or is abusive.

Content Ownership And License

QuiddityML LLC owns or licenses the app, curriculum, lesson text, exercises, answer keys, explanations, images, mascots, user interface, software, design, and content structure.

Subject to these Terms, QuiddityML grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, non-commercial license to use the app and its content for your own learning.

You may not copy, scrape, bulk extract, redistribute, resell, publicly post, publish, train models on, or create derivative curriculum, apps, datasets, courses, products, or services from QuiddityML content without written permission from QuiddityML LLC.

Violating these content restrictions may result in suspension or termination of your account and may lead to legal enforcement.

Subscriptions and Payments

QuiddityML may offer paid Pro subscriptions. Subscription billing, cancellation, refunds, and renewal terms are handled by the App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or other payment providers when enabled.

Unless otherwise required by law or store policy, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the relevant store or provider. Deleting your QuiddityML account may not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription.

Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you allow QuiddityML to use them without restriction or compensation.

Account Termination

You may stop using QuiddityML at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or use the app unlawfully.

Disclaimers

QuiddityML is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or that the app will meet your specific needs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, QuiddityML and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the app.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms as the app changes. If changes are material, we will provide notice in the app or by another reasonable method. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
